This program’s thesis is that despite some progress, the operation of the criminal justice system in this country, and more specifically in New Jersey, remains deeply tainted by the impact of economic and racial disparity among both adult criminal defendants and juvenile offenders. Three individual speakers will be featured, followed by a panel-style question-and-answer session with the audience.
