The Institute undertakes the design and implementation of new solutions by catalyizng and incubating demonstration projects in its areas of interest. We approach this work in a manner that recognizes the risks associated with early program development; identifies the mutual interests of multiple partners, and engages rigorous evaluation to understand the factors critical to program success, expansion and replication.
