Can I vote before Election Day?

You can vote before Election Day by casting a Mail-In Ballot by mail or in person. Anyone can apply for a Mail-In Ballot in New Jersey. To receive your ballot by mail, the application must be received by the County Clerk by October 31. A voter may also apply for a Mail-In Ballot in person to the County Clerk until 3:00 PM, the day before the election. A Mail-In Ballot must be received by the County Clerk by 8:00 PM on Election Day.
