Kelly Dougherty
Chief Financial Officer & Chief of Staff

Kelly Dougherty, Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff at NJISJ, joins the Institute after serving nine years as the Director of Finance and Administration with New Jersey SEEDS, a statewide nonprofit organization the provides educational opportunity to academically talented, financially limited students.

Kelly holds a Master of Public Administration from Seton Hall University, a BA in Art History from Drew University, Certification in Arts Administration from New York University, and is a Certified Massage Therapist.
