Steve Marcus
Puttkammer Fellow

Steve Marcus is a Charles W. Puttkammer Prisoner Reentry Fellow at the Institute through 2012. Steve’s fellowship is funded through a generous donation of Mr. Puttkammer, who completed his undergraduate studies at Princeton University in 1958.

As a Puttkammer Fellow, Steve will explore new ways to offer educational opportunities to the incarcerated population in New Jersey. He will support advocacy for robust educational and vocational training with an investigation into effective policy options.

Steve graduated in 2010 with a B.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in New Jersey.
