Paul Kurland, Esq.

Paul C. Kurland is currently a partner at McLaughlin & Stern, where he specializes in civil litigation, federal securities law, commercial disputes, insurance law, media law, alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, and corporate law. He received a B.A. degree from Brooklyn College (1967) and a J.D. from New York University School of Law (1970). Until 1973 he was a litigator with the law firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, where he participated in the defense of The New York Times in the Pentagon Papers case.
